Building Invert/ Flow Channels
Invert/flow channels are designed to maintain smooth water flow through a structure, but many are poorly constructed, causing obstructions and reducing efficiency. UIT ensures a seamless, unobstructed path by eliminating jagged edges or narrow channels to improve directional flow for optimal performance. New construction or repair.
We offer a wide range of confined spaces services including but not limited to:

The longer a leak persists, the more it erodes the structure and causes it to get worse. The higher flow rate pulls dirt through with water creating voids that weaken the foundation. If left untreated or simply covered up with “HYDRO” these hidden pockets will lead to unstable conditions, putting nearby utilities, roadways, and property at risk.
UIT uses a hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin that expands up to 2900% when in contact with water. This resin becomes a closed cell, rigid foam, that seals off water and strengthens the surrounding area and its load bearing capacity.
For Hairline cracks, pipe penetrations, or expansion joints, a Hydrogel Resin is injected at high pressure to seal active infiltration.This resin has excellent elongation properties, allowing it to flex with expanding or contracting structures while maintaining its water tight seal.

Manholes and liftstations endure some of the harshest conditions of any utility structure, leading to significant deterioration over time. UIT restores these structures to their original dimensions and strength, and then apply’s our proven Poly-Build coating for long-term protection, extending the service life.
Our Process:
- Plug/ Flow-through any active flow. (Bypassing options available)
- Clean deterioration from walls/ Flow channels
- Sandblast at 125 psi to a CSP of 7 or above
- Pressure wash at 4500psi to remove any particles left on surfaces.
- Seal any infiltration w/ injection resins ( NO HYDRO)
- Make any repairs to rebar/ rebar coating
- Hand trowel apply our structural mortar to walls/ rebuild flow inverts.
- 48hr cure time for concrete ( PH test performed to confirm)
- Prime with our MoistureX811 ( aprox. 30 min cure)
- Coat entire structure with Poly-Build at 250mils or higher
