Manhole-Liftstation Rehabilitation

Manholes and liftstations endure some of the harshest conditions of any utility structure, leading to significant deterioration over time. UIT restores these structures to their original dimensions and strength, and then apply’s our proven Poly-Build coating for long-term protection, extending the service life.

Our Process:

1. Plug/ Flow-through any active flow. (Bypassing options available)
2. Clean deterioration from walls/ Flow channels
3. Sandblast at 125 psi to a CSP of 7 or above
4. Pressure wash at 4500psi to remove any particles left on surfaces.
5. Seal any infiltration w/ injection resins ( NO HYDRO)
6. Make any repairs to rebar/ rebar coating
7. Hand trowel apply our structural mortar to walls/ rebuild flow inverts.
8. 48hr cure time for concrete ( PH test performed to confirm)
9. Prime with our MoistureX811 ( aprox. 30 min cure)
10. Coat entire structure with Poly-Build at 250mils or higher
