MoistureX (Primer)
Moisture X is a single component, 100% solid, moisture tolerant primer. Its low Viscosity allows it to penetrate porous surfaces, and protects steel surfaces from rust. Applied at 4 Mils this Primer becomes a closed cell moisture barrier, eliminating the risk of bubbles or blisters in the coating.
No surface goes unprimed. Thats an Industry Standard!
Poly-Build is a dual component rapid curing, moisture tolerant, chemical resistant, 100% solid Polyurea Coating.This product is primarily used in sanitary sewer systems and secondary containment structures, formulated specifically for High Hydrogen sulfide environments. Poly build is a structural coating with a tensile strength of 4500lbs, including the ability to spray 1” thick Including Manholes, lifstations, Headworks, Digesters, clarifiers, etc. It can be applied to concrete, fiberglass, steel, and wood.
Poly shield is a 100% solid, 2 component, spray applied pure polyuria coating. This product is approved by the USDA/FDA and NSF compliant. Its primary purpose is being used in potable water structures such as storage tanks, aerator’s, filter basins, clear-wells, etc. This product is not intended for structural use, and should be suggested for water proofing and corrosion protection of steel, concrete, and fiberglass.
