OR70SS is a dual component rapid curing, moisture tolerant, chemical resistant, 100% solid coating. This product is primarily used in sanitary sewer systems and secondary containment structures, formulated specifically for High Hydrogen sulfide environments. OR70SS is a structural coating with a tensile strength of 4500lbs, including the ability to spray 1” thick including manholes, lifstations, headworks, digesters, clarifiers, etc. It can be applied to concrete, fiberglass, steel, and wood.
OR811 Primer is a single component, 100% solid, moisture tolerant primer. Its low Viscosity allows it to penetrate porous surfaces, and protects steel surfaces from rust. Applied at 4 Mils this Primer becomes a closed cell moisture barrier, eliminating the risk of bubbles or blisters in the coating.
No surface goes unprimed. That is an Industry Standard!
